I have more than 15 years of hands-on experience as a behavioral health technician, classroom aide, counselor, psychotherapist, and tutor working with children, teens, and young adults. Most of my work is with neurodivergent K–12 students—including those with ADHD, autism (Level 1), and learning disabilities, in San Diego, CA and online. I also help young adults with resumes, job applications, interviewing, time management, life skills, financial literacy, and using technology to stay organized.
I’ve supported students in public and private schools, homeschool and virtual programs, community settings, and more intensive clinical environments. That range is why I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. Sessions are tailored to each student’s needs and interests. I use games, hands-on strategies, and modern tools so that sessions feel useful instead of like another lecture.
A large part of what I do is building executive functioning: organization, time management, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy. I also design activities that strengthen communication and social skills. My goal is to help students build the skills they need to reach their full potential—and to leave families with practical strategies they can use at home and at school.
